- Demonstrating, observing, and providing feedback to trainees on delivery of a training course.

- Interrogate sessions with office leader to assess effect on recital and recognize trends.
- Back sales development consultants with their scheduling and association.
- Create/ Manage user-friendly credentials and job assistance.

- Recommend office staffs in elected areas concentrating on new recruiter, with special attention to on-boarding, training, and reinforcement,

- Organize and manage documentation from structured training and coaching sessions.
- Fluent communication abilities
- Previous sales experience
- Preceding knowledge either with training and coaching trainees
- Understanding of needs of client
- Have a strong idea of life-cycle of sales procedures
- Knowledge in supporting and providing response to the team members.
- Able to travel 2-3 times a month if necessary
