Job Description:

  • Manage telephone enquiries satisfactorily
  • Answer and resolve customer enquiries over the phone or via email
  • Processing of communication with the customer
  • Resolve customers queries the first time they are raised
  • Accurate recording of Customer Contacts and maintaining actions that are taken
  • Recognize contact trends and give feedback to team leader
  • Providing information regarding products and services
  • Handling Customer Complaints
  • Accurate recording of Customer Contacts and actions taken
  • First-call resolution of Customer Enquiries
  • Establish and promote Customer relationship building

Desired Skills:

  • Must be experienced in a noisy phone-based Customer Service environment
  • Possess a helpful and professional phone style
  • Skill to make positive communications
  • Possess proven problem solving skills
  • Must have an excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Positive approach to solving problems as and when needed
  • Ability to work single-handedly, or must have a proficiency of handling a team
